Hyatt House Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

My fiancée and I want to say a huge thank you to Mani at reception for getting us settled in. Due to our arrival at the airport we were hours early before our check-in and having waited a few hours at the lobby for our room, Mani kindly checked us in and even upgraded our stay. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and it came with a kitchenette which was handy. Additionally, we enjoyed the Zoom restaurant for breakfast with array of choices. Overall, we are very grateful for the hospitality and understanding shown.

Every member of the staff was excellent and very competent, but “Mani” stood out in particular. It had a nice continental breakfast buffet. Both the bar and the gym were excellent. A major bonus is the proximity to CDG airport.

Breakfast is good but gets boring if you stay longer in the hotel because its the same thing everyday. The reception staff is excellent and can speak english aswell.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. My kids loved the fact there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the sitting room. There was plenty of towels etc. The bed was really comfy as was the couch. Everything was brilliant and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff were really friendly and polite and could communicate well in English if needed. Breakfast was superb. Overall a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris especially wanting to stay close to the airport. Taxi is quite pricy and was €40 euro. They do have a shuttle service for €5 however I instead used the free bus, the (43) bus stop is just outside the hotel slightly further up the road and took me straight to the airport (terminal 3).

It is a great hotel if you are planning to stay next to the airport. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are spacious. - Great and rich breakfast.
